Over the last several years, a number of actions by the Biden administration, federal courts, and Supreme Court decisions have altered the landscape associated with the collection of student debt. What does this mean for colleges and universities now and in the near future? How do leaders ensure their operations are compliant with the law? Hear from a nationally known attorney specializing in student debt who will provide a summary of those issues in a manner that is easy to understand for non-attorneys.
