Dr. Resche Hines is the CEO of Trivium BI and a subject matter expert for the NACUBO grant-funded project. His research expertise is in organizational and leadership coaching, strategic communication, data visualization, implementation, and dissemination, and facilitation of systems to facilitate and enhance data-informed decision making. Additionally, Hines partners with key stakeholders across a diverse group of institutions - including Black colleges and universities - to support the institutionalization of high impact practices, development of enrollment management plans, data governance, stewardship and security structures, and the alignment of planning and budgeting practices. Hines has a Ph.D. in Educational Administration.

Robbie Campbell-Lissade, MBA, is the Senior Director of Budget and Financial Operations at Rutgers University–Newark, where she leads budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic financial operations for a $550 million revenue portfolio. In this role, she advances fiscally responsible practices, strengthens financial transparency, and supports data-informed decision-making across the institution. Previously, Robbie served as Vice Dean of Finance at the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where she directed financial operations and supported long-term planning at the executive level. Her career in higher education finance has been defined by her ability to align financial strategy with institutional priorities while fostering collaboration across academic and administrative units. Robbie is known for her calm, focused leadership style and her commitment to building high-performing teams. She prioritizes clarity, structure, and professional development, creating an environment where staff can grow, contribute meaningfully, and think strategically. A dedicated mentor and collaborative leader, Robbie is passionate about strengthening finance teams, developing future leaders, and helping institutions balance fiscal responsibility with the human side of leadership.
